Current Issues in Ancient Studies

The Berliner Antike-Kolleg (BAK) has started a new lecture series entitled "Current Issues in Ancient Studies" (CIAS). the aim of CIAS is to explore current topics in ancient studies research and related disciplines and to simulate interdisciplinary discussion and future collaboration.

High-profile colleagues from Germany and abroad whose research is not only relevant to their own field but also of interest to ancient studies in general are invited to the events. Our guests will present their work in varoius formats, e.g., lectures, panel discussions, or book releases.
