BerGSAS alumna takes up a trainee position at the State Museum of Prehistory in Halle (Saale)
Annika Kirscheneder completed the BerGSAS curriculum as part of the AOViS programme and was awarded a PhD from the Freie Universität Berlin in 2025 for her thesis on "Die Kleinfunde der Casa del Fauno und der Casa di Giulio Polibio in Pompeji – vergleichende Analysen zur Wohnsituation 79 n. Chr."

On 15 June, she will begin a museum traineeship at the State Museum of Prehistory in Halle (Saale), one of the most distinguished archaeological museums in Germany and beyond.
